Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past wounds, coaching applies psychological insight to help you break patterns, build better habits, and create real change in your life right now.
I don’t give advice - we work together to find solutions that make sense for you and your circumstances.

Coaching is for people who are ready to make a change but feel stuck on how to actually do it - whether that’s being confident at work, looking forward to calls with your mum instead of dreading them, or wanting to be able to bring up difficult topics without them turning into arguments.

I specialise in three main areas: navigating difficult conversations with a partner, re-building an adult relationship with parents, and building confidence at work. These might seem different, but they’re often connected. The patterns that keep you stuck with your family often show up in how you handle authority, conflict and self-doubt in adult relationships and at work.

I’m currently offering a reduced rate of £25 per session while I complete my coaching qualification.
This rate is temporary and will increase in stages over the coming months as I qualify, moving to my full professional fee in July 2026. If we begin working together now, your rate will be locked in for your first three sessions.

My Story
For as long as I can remember, I lived with a deep sadness that I couldn’t explain. I spent my childhood battling severe depression, feeling like my brain was just built wrong. I didn’t know how to be around people and thought happiness was something that other people had, but it wasn’t possible for me.
Among the people around me, I was seen as the one who was “ok”, the one who didn’t need help. The reality was that I was considering ending my life at least once a week.
At sixteen, I started therapy. Slowly, I began to open up to the possibility that maybe it didn’t have to be this way. I made a quiet promise to myself: if I was still miserable by 25, I’d call it a day. But until then, I’d give life a fair shot.
Ten years of therapy helped me understand my patterns and unearth a lot of pain. I had analysed everything. I understood all the theory, but I still didn’t understand HOW to be happy.
Then I discovered coaching…
For the first time, I stopped talking about my pain and started learning how to do something different. Coaching gave me a glimpse of what happiness could feel like. I wasn’t there yet, but I finally knew what I was aiming for.
Coaching helped me connect the dots between understanding myself and actually becoming myself. It taught me how to show up authentically, build relationships that lasted, and create a life that felt wonderful, but also within reach.
I now want to help others do the same.
I believe too many people are only surviving, going through the motions, living with less-than-ideal, and believing true happiness is for others. But it’s not. You can have that loving relationship. You can have that dream job. You can build those strong friendships. You can move from surviving to thriving.
I see so many people held back by old patterns that stop them from seeing what could be.
My mission is to help as many people as possible find their own version of ‘happy’. Because you deserve to live fully, love deeply, and feel at peace in your own skin.
